How do I login? What credentials do I need?
Before you can place an order you must be logged in. Upon clicking the “My Account” link in the above menu you will be prompted to login; your login credentials can either be your district email address, or your first initial followed by your last name. Your initial password has been set to the FULL 6 digits of your employee number.

I lost or can’t remember my password.
Use the following link “Lost Password” and enter in your email address or username. A link will be sent to your email address allowing you to create a new password.

How do I order __________?
Products can be found by utilizing the search bar above or by browsing through the various categories in the catalog. Once a product has been added to your cart you can check out at any time.
I can’t find product __________
Catalog visibility will be limited depending on your role within the agency; i.e. – office administrative staff will not be able to view and order suppression items. Certain products that have been deemed “Durable Station Goods” may only be viewed and ordered by station captains. If you find your station is in need of a durable item (television, furniture, workout equipment, etc.), please work with your station captain to confirm the need and to place the order.
When will I receive my order?
Station Supplies, Fire Equipment, Staples and Class C Uniform items will be filled weekly via Mail Run on Wednesdays. Custom items – such as class B uniforms, engraved accountability and fitted turnouts – may require 4 to 8 weeks to manufacture. For questions regarding a specific order, please email [email protected].
I ordered ________ but did not receive it with the rest of my order.
The packing slip included with your delivery will denote any products currently on back order. Staples orders are subject to availability and the discretion of the Staples program manager. If the packing slip doesn’t show a product being back ordered please email [email protected].
I ordered a large ________ but need an extra-large. How do I return the order?
Please repackage your delivery and place in the Mail Run out going box at your station for pick up. Email [email protected] with details of the order and the actual product/size needed.
I can’t remember what size _________ I ordered last time
Email [email protected]. Sizes can typically be found in your employee file kept on hand.
How do I cancel a product ordered in error?
Email [email protected] with the order # and the products that need to be cancelled.
